Lord Vishnu in the disguise of Sage insisted Sati to explain Lord Shiva's liability. Sati managed to convince him. On the other hand, Demon Vajrang fought with Indra to attain Baikuntha. Varjrang started to defeat him then Lord Vishun help him but soon he was also defeated. Lord Shiva reached there and slayed to Vajrang. Diti was angry on seeing him lifeless and originated Tadkasur to his corpus and ordered him to ask boon of immortality from Brahma by his penance.
